Dark PDF to Light PDF
Coaching slides are designed for screens — black background, white text. Printing them as-is drains a cartridge in a few chapters. This tool inverts every dark page to black-on-white, cleans leftover grey haze to pure white, and can fit 2 or 4 slides on one sheet so you use less paper too.

Frequently asked questions
How do I convert a dark PDF to a white background for printing?
Open this page, choose your PDF, keep “Auto” selected and click Run tool. Every page with a dark background is inverted to black text on white, and the new PDF downloads straight away. It takes a few seconds for a 100-page file.
Will it also invert pages that are already white?
Not in Auto mode. Each page is measured first, and only pages that are mostly dark are inverted. Choose “All pages” if you want every page flipped.
Can I print 4 slides on one page?
Yes. Set “Slides per printed sheet” to 4. The tool lays the converted slides out on A4 in a neat grid, so a 120-slide lecture prints on 30 sheets.
Will diagrams and photos look odd?
Line diagrams, formulas and handwriting invert cleanly. Photographs on a dark slide will look like negatives after inversion — that is expected, and for revision notes it is rarely a problem.
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The conversion runs in your browser with PDF.js and pdf-lib. Nothing is uploaded, logged or stored. You can even switch off Wi-Fi after the page loads and it still works.
Is the output text-searchable?
The output is image-based so it prints exactly as it looks. If you need to search the text, keep the original PDF for reading on screen and use this version for printing.
